The specific mechanism of the head makes the lead mechanism and the needle take the lead to make and move down the surface line and puncture the fabric; the rotary shuttle in the hook mechanism rotates to make the surface line bypass the bottom line shuttle shell; the take-up mechanism moves to transport the surface line, tighten the line trace and prepare the surface line segment of the next line trace. 10. Y-step motor drives silk frame and fabric to make plane motion through synchronous toothed belt and other mechanisms. Send each stitch point on the fabric to be embroidered to the machine needle for embroidery. The speed of the up and down movement of the machine needle is coordinated with the direction, amount and movement speed of the frame movement, so as to make the upper thread and the lower thread stranded, and make the double thread lock stitch on the fabric.
